Reports

Dashboards​

Reports is a set of dashboards, each a grid of charts you can arrange. Choose Edit layout to drag and resize them, and Add widget to add more:

  • Summary: income, spending and net for the period.
  • Net worth: everything you own minus everything you owe, over time.
  • Income vs. expenses: month by month.
  • Spending: by category.
  • Spending trends: up to five categories over time.
  • Transaction calendar: money in and out for each day.
  • Any custom report you've saved.

Each dashboard has its own date range, and any chart can have its own range too, either a moving one like "last 6 months" or fixed months. Choose Open from a chart's ⋮ menu for its full view, with the numbers behind it and Export CSV.

Custom reports​

Custom Report (also in Add widget) builds anything else. Pick a chart type (bar, stacked bar, line, area, donut or table), group by category, category group, payee, account or month, choose expenses, income or net, and filter by accounts and categories. Save it to reopen later, and it's added to a dashboard.

Cash flow​

Cash Flow draws where your money came from and where it went for a period, from income sources through to spending categories and savings.
